The Working environment plays a very crucial role in our lives, so does the clothes we wear during our working hours. While choosing the kind of clothes for work we have to keep up an expert picture so that we are not exposing ourselves to any kind of threats from the environment. The meaning of casual wear is not restricted to beachwear or party clothing, it means the clothes/attire that makes us feel comfortable casual is another name for comfort. In an organization, employees or worker are free to dress in relaxed business casual attire. It's ideal to be somewhat over-dressed than to humiliate yourself or your superintendent with inappropriate clothing decisions. Employees themselves are feeling all the more capable in their casual attire, than in their more formal attire of clothing. It also helps in improving worker morale, increase efficiency and more open communication between staff and managers and the best thing of casual wear is that it is not expensive, and improve equality of work. There are four type of attire that are used in workplaces.
Moreover companies/organizations are also benefited from casual attire at offices as it makes workplaces flexible and more productive. It also creates feeling of freedom for workers and it helps in the better attitude at work and improved relations among worker. (Hughes, 2014)

I think formal attire is better suited than the casual attire in a decent work place
